In line with the agreement signed in May, Enel has acquired seven operational photovoltaic plants for a consideration of approximately 140 million US dollars, which will make a positive contribution of approximately 20 million US dollars per year to the Group’s results (ordinary EBITDA).

Enel S.p.A. (“Enel”), through its wholly owned subsidiary Enel Green Power North America, has finalized the acquisition from a US utility of a portfolio of seven operational photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of approximately 270 MW and average output of around 0.4 TWh per year. The consideration for the acquisition, equivalent to the enterprise value, amounts to approximately 140 million US dollars.
