Energy security and competitiveness at the core of KEY 2026
Amid ongoing economic and geopolitical uncertainty and growing global competition, energy continues to play a central role in safeguarding Europe’s independence, security and industrial strength. In this environment, securing financing for the transition and keeping energy costs under control have become urgent priorities for households and companies alike, particularly for energy-intensive sectors.
It is within this framework that KEY – The Energy Transition Expo, organised by Italian Exhibition Group, will be held from 4 to 6 March at the Rimini Expo Centre. The event reaffirms its position as a leading European showcase for technologies, services and integrated solutions driving decarbonisation across Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean basin.
“With this new edition, we are strengthening KEY’s role as a global hub for the energy transition, open to international dialogue with players, operators, institutions and associations from around the world,” said Alessandra Astolfi, Global Exhibition Director of the Green & Technology Division at Italian Exhibition Group. “We are placing Europe back at the centre of the transformation under way, highlighting the industrial and technological expertise and the solutions we already have to build a sustainable and competitive energy future.”
